FAIRFAX, Va. – Kiana Stallworth's stellar freshman season continues to bring in weekly honors from the Atlantic 10 Conference.

On Tuesday, Stallworth was named the Atlantic 10 Women's Rookie of the Week. It marks the third time this track season (indoor and outdoor) she has earned weekly accolades from the league but first since the outdoor portion began less than a month ago.

The sprinter/jumper from New Rochelle, N.Y., won the long jump at the USC Gamecock Invitational on Saturday with a leap 19 feet, 7 ½ inches. She also started the 4x100-meter relay team that took fourth with a time of 46.55. Stallworth currently ranks first in the Atlantic 10 in the long jump with a mark of 19 feet, 9 ¾ inches at the Hurricane Invitational last month.

The Patriots return to action this weekend with the Mason Spring Invitational on Saturday at George Mason Stadium.
