Final Results

WILMINGTON, N.C. – A pair of seniors led the way for the George Mason men's golf team.

Eric Edwards and Brock Kovach tied for 34th at the Seahawk Intercollegiate, which concluded Monday at the Country Club of Landfall. As a team, the Patriots finished 12 th with a 61-over 925 (308-310-307) at the two-day, 54-hole tournament.

Edwards (75-77-76) and Kovach (75-78-75) both shot a 12-over 228. Kovach shot up 11 spots on the leaderboard thanks a 3-over in his final round. Fellow senior Ellis Messian finished a stroke behind with a 13-over 229 (75-75-79).

Sophomores Jeff Wilson and Davis Soderberg rounded out Mason's top five. Wilson shot a 25-over 241 (83-80-78) to tie for 66th. Soderberg finished 70th with a 27-over 243 (83-82-78).

The Patriots return to action on April 13-15 with the Clemson Intercollegiate in Salem, S.C.
