Walter Bannerman is an NCAA All-American in the pole vault. He earned two additional conference championships, outdoor A-10 2024 and indoor A-10 2025, breaking a 23-year-old conference record. He was the number one ranked vaulter in the A-10. Bannerman was named the 2025 Men's Team Dr. Pettrone Athlete of the Year at the Green & Gold Ceremony.
