2022 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Earned 1st in both DT, a PR of 53.67m, and SP, 17.57m, at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 7-8)… Placed 1st in SP at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in SP with a 17.62 (May 13-15)... Recorded SP at 18.08m at NCAA Eastern Prelims.

2022 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Received 1st place in both SP and WT at VMI Team Challenge (Jan 15), Wesley A. Brown Invitational (Jan 21-22), VMI Classic (Feb 11-12), and Atlantic 10 Championship (Feb 26-27)... PR in WT at the Patriot Games with a 20.30m.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets… NCAA East Preliminary qualifier in the shot put… A-10 Most Outstanding Field Performer… Earned three medals at the A-10 Championships (May 1-2) – gold medal in the shot put (18.09m), silver medal in the hammer (57.29m) and bronze medal in the discus (51.92m PR)… Earned a silver medal in the shot put with an outdoor PR of 18.38m at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 16)… Finished 21st in the shot put at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 29)… Notched PR of 58.15m in the hammer throw at the Raleigh Relays (March 27)… 18 top-10 individual finishes in 2021... A-10 Field Performer of the Week selection.
 
2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Broke the school record in the weight throw with a PR of 19.56m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 30)… Was second in both the shot put and weight throw at the VMI Keydet Invite (Jan. 16)… Six top-five finishes. 

2020 Indoor: Atlantic 10 Men's Field Performer of the Year… Named to Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team… Earned VaSID First Team All-State honors… Broke the school, facility and conference record in the shot put with a PR of 19.33m at the Atlantic 10 Championships to earn the gold medal… Added a bronze medal in the weight throw with a then-personal-best mark of 19.02m at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Six first-place marks during the 2020 indoor season… Named A-10 Men’s Field Performer of the Week three times. 

2019 Outdoor: Competed in 10 meets… Named 2019 A-10 Men's Field Performer of the Year... Qualified for the NCAA East Region Preliminary Round in the shot put, finished 33rd in the event... Earned a gold medal in the shot put with a mark of 17.45m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships on May 5… Added then-personal-best marks in the discus throw (49.86m, second) and hammer throw (52.38m, fourth) at the A-10 Championships... Placed fifth in the discus throw and seventh in the shot put at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 12… Ended season with 16 top-10 marks.
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in eight meets… Earned silver medal in the shot put with a toss of 16.67m at the A-10 Indoor Championships on Feb. 24... Notched second in shot put and weight throw at the Patriot Games (Jan. 26)... Placed second in the shot put (16.98m) at the Scarlet & White Invite on Feb. 2, which ranks third in program indoor history... Rounded out season with 11 top-10 marks.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets…Earned a bronze medal in shot put with a mark of 15.14m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Placed fourth in the discus throw with a mark of 46.92m at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Finished first in the discus throw and second in shot put at the VCU Ram Invite (March 16-17)…Notched 10 top 10 performances.

2018 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Finished fourth in shot put at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (Feb 17-18)…Placed first in shot put with a mark of 15.13m at the Last Chance Meet (Feb. 25)…Earned third with a mark of 14.86m at the Patriot Games (Jan. 27)…Tabbed six top-10 performances.
