2018-19: Played 19 rounds across seven tournaments…Finished the season with a scoring average of 72.79 (team-best) and 11 rounds in which he shot par or better…Named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on three occasions...Had the best low round on the team (66)…Placed second, his best placement, at the Patriot Intercollegiate (Sept. 22-23) with 3-under 139 (69-70)…Posted his best three-round performance at the FAU Spring Championship (Mar. 29-31) with 5-under 211 (73-72-66).

PREP: Played golf at Chantilly High School in Centreville under coach Kurt Sporkmann...  Posted top 10 finish at the Washington Metropolitan Amateur Championship in May 2018... Took third at the Jefferson Cup in August 2018 in Charlottesville.

PERSONAL: Ji Woo Jung... Prefers to be called Sam... Born on Aug. 16, 1999... Son of Steve Jung and Boo Lee... Has three siblings: Jenny, Sarah and James... Plans to study philosophy.
