2018 Outdoor: Competed in 10 meets…Qualified for the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships (June 6-9)…Posted an outdoor personal-best time of 52.09 in the 400m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 24-26)…Member of 4x100 relay team that earned gold at the IC4A/ECAC DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 12-13)…Placed first in both the 400m (53.41) and 4x400 relay (3:38.58), second in the 4x100 relay (45.56), and fourth in the 200m (24.17) at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 5-6)…Notched an outdoor personal-best time of 12.05 in the 100m at the George Mason Spring Invitational (April 14).

2018 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Earned a gold medal in the 4x400 relay race, a silver medal in the 400m, and a bronze medal in the 200m with an indoor personal-best time of 24.83 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (Feb 17-18)…Notched first in the 500m with a time of 1:13.36 at the Patriot Games (Jan. 27)…Started the season with a first place finish in the 200m at Father Diamond (Jan. 6).

2017 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Earned a gold medal in the 400m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7) with a personal-best time of 53.70…First and gold medal in the 4x4 relay at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Bronze medal in the 200m at the Atlantic 10 Championships…Helped the 4x4 relay team to first place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (May 12)…Qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (May 25-27)…Recorded 13 top-10 finishes, including six as an individual.

2017 Indoor: Competed in five meets… Won a silver medal in the 400m with a time of 55.25 at the Atlantic 10 Championships (May 6-7)…Helped 4x4 relay team to first place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Finished first in the 500m with a personal-best time of 1:12.78 at the Liberty Kick Off (Jan. 20-21)…Also first in the 500m at Father Diamond (Jan.7) with a time of 1:13.27…Recorded nine top-five finishes, including six as an individual.

2016 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Placed second in the 400m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational (March 18-19) with a time of 55.85… Helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish at the Duke Invitational (April 22-23) with a time of 3:43.32… Set a personal record in the 200m with a time of 25.32 at the Duke Invitational (April 22-23).

2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets… Posted a personal best and placed third in the 500m at Father Diamond (Jan 9) with a time of 1:15.85… Helped the 4x400 relay team to a first place finish at the Patriot Games (Jan 30) with a time of 3:51.48… Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship (Feb 20-21)… Helped the 4x400 relay team to a gold medal finish with a time of 3:47.33.

Prep: Four-year letterwinner in both indoor and outdoor track and field for coach Brandon Tynes at James Hubert Blake High School in Silver Spring, Md.... Named honorable mention All-Met in indoor and outdoor track in 2014 and 2015... Placed sixth at indoor nationals 2015 in the Emerging Elite section... Won Emerging Elite 4x400-meter relay in 2015... Part of first-place 4x400-meter relay team in 17-18 age group at AAU Junior Olympics in 2015... Also played soccer and volleyball in high school.
