Fairfax – Taking on one of the hottest teams in the MAC, the Rider Broncs (9-4, 4-0) took down the Patriots George Mason (5-5, 2-2), 30-13, at the second annual dual at the Johnson Center.
Rider opened the match with four straight wins, two from nationally-ranked wrestlers at 125 and 141. The Patriots Ben Monn (125) battled to a 4-2 loss against #19 Tyler Klinsky to open the match. Klinsky earned a takedown in the second period to take the first points. Monn fought back with two escapes. Rider had an 18-0 lead after four matches.

After the three George Mason wins, Rider earned four points with a major decision at 184 against
Thomas Stofka to go up 22-13. The Broncs finish the match with wins at 197 and 285.
