2025-26 (Freshman – 149): Competed in his first collegiate season at 149 pounds, appearing in three dual meets and several open tournaments… Recorded eight bonus-point victories, including four falls, two technical falls and two major decisions… Earned his first collegiate victories at the Shorty Hitchcock Memorial with a technical fall over Elizabethtown’s Joey Menickella and a major decision over Ursinus’ Jordan Burford… Put together a four-win performance at the Wilkes Open, highlighted by falls over Pitt-Johnstown’s Nico Kazalas and Alvernia’s Jayden Landaverry, a technical fall over Keystone’s Luis Torres and a major decision over Wilkes’ Giovanni Mansueto… Went 3-2 at the Messiah Open, earning decisions over Garrett Hartranft and Luke Mizenko and a fall over Patrick Reese… Added a fall over Garrett Mercer at the Patriot Last Chance Open… Gained dual-meet experience against Rider, Lock Haven and Gardner-Webb.

PREP: Wrestled at Deerfield High School for head coach Marc Pechter… Earned Illinois All-State honors… Three-time All-Central Suburban League selection… Competed for Izzy Style Wrestling under coach Israel Martinez.

PERSONAL: Son of David and Trisha Palzet… Has three siblings, Noah, Jayden and Ella… Majoring in Business Management.
