                     FAIRFAX, Va. – Non-conference play comes to a close this weekend for the George Mason women's lacrosse team.
The Patriots play in-state foe Old Dominion at 1 p.m. on Saturday in Norfolk, Va. Mason (5-2) wraps up non-conference action before jumping into Atlantic 10 play next week.
Mason has won three of four and is coming off a 17-9 victory over Stetson on Sunday in DeLand, Fla. Senior captain 
Hannah Warpinski scored a career-high six goals and fellow senior captain 
Holly Tevis set career highs with three goals and four assists. Freshman 
Erin Donoghue scored two goals and dished out three assists while also collecting 10 draw controls, joining Warpinski as the only Patriot to have 10 or more draw controls in a game.
The Patriots have shared the wealth as five players have scored 10 goals or more. Junior 
Chachi Kelehan has scored a team-high 18 goals and dished out eight assists for a team-high 26 points. Warpinski has 15 goals to go along with a team-high 31 draw controls. Graduate student 
Corinne Wessels leads the team with 13 assists. Sophomore goalkeeper 
Melissa Semkiw ranks fourth in the conference in saves with 69.
After defeating VCU in the season opener, Old Dominion (1-6) has lost six straight. The Monarchs suffered a 15-9 loss against High Point on Wednesday. Sophia Richie leads the team with 16 goals. Brooke Stein has dished out a team-high 12 assists for a team-best 19 points.
The Patriots are 9-16 all-time against the Monarchs. The teams last met on April 19, 2013, with Old Dominion winning 16-9 in Norfolk.
Mason will open Atlantic 10 play next Thursday at Revolutionary Rival George Washington.
