FAIRFAX, Va. - Andrew Gerard, Tony Mihalich, Tim Nickas, Reynaldo Radlin, and Michelle Wallerstedt Hodge have brought in new support staff to compete for the upcoming 2024 season.
 
Ivan Chirinos, Susanna Sullivan, Cason Gardner, Jul Thomson, Jake Spotswood, and Michael Fairfax are the new assistant coaches to help the Patriots for the indoor and outdoor track and field competitions.
 
The women's track and field team are the reigning champions winning the A-10 Outdoor Championships in 2023. The last time that both men's and women's swept the championships was in 2019 when both teams won the A-10 Outdoor Championships.
