"Overall, another productive weekend. People continue putting pieces together and our depth continues to improve, which is positive for this stage," said Coach Gerard. "One challenge through the mid-season is always that different event groups need to be on different schedules - some groups are cycling through some heavy practice workloads right now and others are fresher and sharper. The ultimate goal is always to have all the groups 'up' at the championship time. That having been said, the staff and I are pleased with where we are and there were a lot of highlights this weekend."

Ryan Brooks and
Isaiah Carter took home the gold in the 4x400m with a time of 3:15.76. Junior
