2023 Indoor: Competed in eight meets...Notched the bronze in the pole vault at the A10 Championships (4.76m)...Won the pole vault event at both the Big Apple Invitational and VMI Invitational (4.75m at both)

2022 Outdoor: Competed in eight meets… Was the silver medalist in pole vault at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)… Took home first in pole vault with a PR of 4.81 meters at the JMU Invitational (Apr 16).
 
2022 Indoor: Competed in seven meets… Earned a bronze medal in the pole vault at the A-10 Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) with a height of 4.65 meters… Posted a PR of 4.75m in the pole vault at the Crimson Elite Invite (Feb. 4)… Placed second in the pole vault at the VMI Team Classic (Feb. 11)… Registered six top-five marks in the event.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Placed sixth in the pole vault at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)… Notched second in the pole vault (4.40m) at the JMU Invitational (April 17)… Took second in both the 400m hurdles and 4x400 relay to go along with third-place finish in the pole vault at the Mason Invite (April 11).
 
2021 Indoor:  Competed in three meets… Placed second in pole vault at the Patriot Games (Jan. 30) and third in the event at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta (Feb. 27). 

2020 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 500m with a career-best time of 1:05.52 at the Scarlet and White Invite… Notched a fourth-place finish in the 5000m at the Patriot Games… Placed ninth in the pole vault at the A-10 Championships with a mark of 4.20m.

2019 Outdoor: Member of the Atlantic 10 title team in the 4x400m relay at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5)… Alternate for Mason’s national-qualifying 4x400m relay team… Placed fifth in the 400m hurdles (53:41) at the A-10 Outdoor Championships (May 5)… Notched gold in the 400m hurdles at the Mason Invitational (April 13).

2019 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 500m (1:07.51) and third in the pole vault (4.50m) at the Father Diamond on Jan. 5… Personal-best time of 1:06.42 in the 500m at the Great Dane Classic (Jan. 12)… Earned fourth in the heptathlon (4778) at the A-10 Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.

Prep: 110H: 15.20; 100: 11.43; 200: 22.55; 300: 35.82; 400: 49.2; 500: 1:05.78; 800: 1:58.17; 1600: 4:45.24 ... Mark of 15 feet in the pole vault and 6229 points in the decathlon.
