SCOUTING THE COLONIALS
George Washington: 31-13, 7-5 A-10
The Colonials moved to 7-5 in conference play after going one-of-three against UMass last weekend. GW ended the series on a high note, handing the Minutewomen their first conference loss of the season.

Mason has dropped five of the past seven meetings in the series. Last season, the two teams split a midweek doubleheader in Fairfax, Va. The Patriots claimed a 4-1 victory in game one behind senior
Jess Curbeira's grand slam.
