Biography

2019: Only Patriot to appear in all 48 games this season, making 47 starts…Finishes her career in the top five for hits (203 – 3rd), at-bats (647 – 3rd), RBI (108 – T-2nd), triples (14 – T-4th), and games started (192 – T-5th)…Boasted a slash line of .271/.387/.305…Second on the team in hits (42), runs (23) and RBI (20)…First on the team in triples (4)…Tabbed a nine-game hitting streak from April 11-April 20…Hit the walk-off single in Mason’s 2-1 win over Butler (Feb. 16)…Notched a season-high three hits vs. UMass (May 4)…Drove in a season-high two runs twice (vs. Central Arkansas, vs. East Carolina)…Played a major role in Mason’s come-from-behind, walk-off 4-3 win over East Carolina (March 16) with a 2 RBI double in the bottom of the seventh…Recorded two doubles at Saint Joseph’s (April 13).

2018: Made the transition to center field where she made all but 11 of her 49 starts - including her final 38... Led the team in at-bats with 167... Had a personal best .980 fielding percentage on the season... Compiled a seven-game hitting streak which began immediately after the season opener, a streak that saw her go 8-for-23 (.348 average) with three doubles... Began the season with a carry-over hot stretch of hitting safely in 16 of her last 18 games dating back to 2016... Recorded a game-high in both hits (two) and RBIs (three) in a victory against Monmouth (March 4)...Tallied a game-high four hits, including a triple, in a victory at Behtune-Cookman (March 13)...Notched a home run, two RBIs and two runs scored at Virginia (March 28)...Earned two hits, two RBIs and a stolen base in a victory at St. Bonaventure (April 15)... Posted a six-game hitting streak from April 14-21, a stretch where she hit .500 with three doubles and two stolen bases... Tied her season-high three hits, one double, vs. Dayton (April 29) while also adding an RBI... Recorded an RBI single vs. Saint Louis (May 9) for her 160th career hit, giving her at the time sole possession of 10th place on the program's all-time hit list... Finished her RS-junior year with a 1-for-3 evening at the plate vs. Dayton (May 9)...

2017: Did not play for the Patriots due to injury...obtained a medical redshirt which left her with two years of eligibility

2015: Selected to the A-10 All-Rookie team along with earning A-10 All-Conference Second Team honors... Second Team All-State...  Was awarded the A-10 Rookie of the Week award once this season.  Finished with a team-best .387 batting average in 50 games started.  Recorded five homeruns and 35 RBI, both of which were second-highest on the team.  Her five homeruns is the fourth most in a single season in Patriots history.  She also earned A-10 All-Tournament team honors after going 7/14 at the A-10 Championship.  Liz posted 22 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games as a Freshman.
