SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
Rhode Island (7-17, 2-10 A-10)
Last time out, Rhode Island fell to first-place VCU to officially be eliminated from postseason contention. The Rams hold a record of 7-17 overall and 2-10 in Atlantic 10 play.

Prior to its match against VCU, Rhode Island snapped its nine-game losing streak by sweeping Davidson 3-0 on Friday night. The Rams held the advantage in kills (45-28), hitting percentage (.433-.109), assists (41-28), service aces (6-3) and digs (41-34).

Sophomore Ella Ratzloff steadies the Rams' defense with 5.13 digs per set – good for second in the league.

Fordham (10-14, 3-9 A-10)
Fordham earned a thrilling five-set victory over Davidson on Senior Night on Saturday evening. The Rams improved to 3-9 in A-10 play and 10-14 overall with the win.

Morgan Williams enjoyed her eighth 30-dig effort of the year, piling up 37 digs, fourth-most in a single match in school history and two shy of her own record set earlier this year. She leads the conference with an impressive 6.07 digs per set – good for fifth in the nation.

With wins against George Washington and Mason, and other factors, could mean a postseason berth for the Rams.
