FAIRFAX, Va. - George Mason closed the weekend with two victories over Harvard to clinch home court advantage in the EIVA Tournament. Thanks to his performance on Saturday, junior Will Calaman was named EIVA Defensive Player of the Week for April 16.

Calaman was used as the primary libero in Mason's 3-1 win vs. Harvard to close out the regular season. In his appearance, he logged 15 digs to lead the match and tie the season high by a Patriot in a single match this season. His performance limited Harvard to a manageable .274 attack percentage, including .167 in the second set that Mason won 25-17. Already down 1-0, the second set victory changed the complexion of the rest of the match.
