The George Mason men's and women's cross country teams most recently hosted the Mason Invitational at the Oatlands Plantation on October 4. As a team, the women finished first and the men finished second.
Freshman Bailey Kolonich won the 6k race for the women with a time of 23:46.2. Following Kolonich was Jennifer Nakamura, who ran an impressive time of 23:49.7.
Michael Conway led the way for the men's 8k race, finishing first overall with a time of 26:09.6. Stuart Lampen-Crowell crossed the finished line shortly after Conway with a time of 26:22.5.
