Performance History
2015 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Patriots…Finished as high as third in the 3000m at the 2015 Tribe Invitational…Set a personal record in the 5000m in a time of 17:35.33 at the Larry Ellis Invite.
2015 Indoor: Competed in distance events in four meets for the Patriots…finished fourth in the 5000m (18:31.60) at the BU Scarlet an White Invitational…Took fifth in the 3000m (10:18.69) at the Virginia Tech Invitational…Helped the Patriots to a second place finish in the 4x800m relay at the Father Diamond Invitational.
2014 Cross Country: Finished in the top three for Mason in all seven events this season. Won the Mason Invitational with a 6k time of 23:46.2. Posted a season best 5k time of 18:39.0 at the A-10 Championships to finish 26th overall. Ran a season-best 6k time of 22:26.0 at the Southeast Regionals. Was awarded the A-10 Women's Rookie Performer of the Week once this season.
Prep: Raced for Cross Country and Indoor Track four years at Robert E. Lee high school ... also competed in Outdoor Track for three years, Soccer for one year and Swim and Dive for two years ... graduated with honors ... member of the Spanish Honor Society and Key Club ... team captain for girl's XC and track ... named All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State in XC, Indoor and Outdoor Track ... VHSL 5A Female Athlete of the Year ... selected to first, second and honorable mention All-Met Team.
