Fall 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll

2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Patriots...Helped the Patriots to the Outdoor Atlantic 10 title as part of the 4x800m relay team to finish third...Finished 11th in the 1500m run at the A-10 Championships...Set a personal record in the 1500m run with a time of 3:47.01 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier to qualify for the IC4A Championships.

2015 Indoor: Did not compete

 2014 Cross Country: Ran in all seven competitions this season for the Patriots.  Ran a season-best time of 25:23.0 in an 8k at the Princeton Invitational.  Placed second overall with a time of 26:22.4 at the Mason Invitational.  Also finished third for Mason and 30th overall with a time of 26:00.6 at the IC4A Championships.

2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m and 3000m run finishing 3rd in the A 10 Championships to help the Patriots to an overall second place finish...Set a PR in the 1500m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (3:54.44)... Spring 2014 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll...Provost Scholar.

2014 Indoor: Competed in the mile and 3000m run finishing third at the Mason Last Chance meet in the mile, setting a PR with a time of 4:16.24.  

2013 Cross Country: Did not run in 2013. 

2013 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2013 Indoor: Competed in the 3000m, setting a PR of 8:43.87 at the Mason Last Chance Meet on February 24.

2012 Cross Country: Raced in six races for the Patriots ... Finished 17^th overall and eighth for Mason at the CAA Championships with a mark of 25:34.5 (10/27) ... Posted season-best time of 25:20.30 at the Blue Ridge Open (10/12).

2012: Did not compete in the indoor or outdoor seasons.

High School: Earned four letters in cross country and track ... also lettered for one year in basketball ... was a three time all-conference selection in cross country ... was a seven time all-conference selection in track ... also a region champion in cross country and a five time regional champion in track ... recruited by Aquinas College, Valaparaiso College and Campbell College.

Personal: Son of Mary and Chris ... fasther was a cross country and track runner for Western Michigan University ... has two siblings; Shane and Brooke ... enjoys dancing in his spare time ... majoring in environmental and sustainability studies.
