Senior Sonia Smith. Smith posted two more double-figure performance this week as Mason won two more games to match their best start in program history at 5-0. She has tallied double-digit scoring in all five games this year and leads the team with 13.0 points per game.

On Wednesday, the Patriots downed Pitt for their first ACC win in nine years, led by Smith’s 15 points (career-high three 3-pointers), six rebounds and three assists. She followed up that performance with 12 points (5-8 from field) and four assists in just 15 minutes of work as Mason beat Robert Morris 83-63.
