Freshman Rachel Warrens made her mark as a rookie shortstop in the abbreviated season with the Patriots. In the last weekend in February, Warrens batted .400 (4-of-10) with a .600 OBP, earned 6 RBIs with 3 doubles, 3 runs scored and 2 walks in four games. In the 10-2 victory over Lafayette (Feb. 29), Warrens went 3-for-4 with 6 RBIs and three doubles in three straight innings.
