Earned a goal and three assists throughout the year... van der Vorst's three assists were tied for second on the team in that category... 2018:  Named Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, First Team Forward and selected to the A-10 All-Rookie Team…Became the first Mason women’s soccer player in program history to earn A-10 Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors in the same season…She is the third player in program history to be selected conference Player of the Year and the fourth named league straight game with a goal in the 42nd minute (SET NEW PROGRAM RECORD FOR GOALS IN CONSECUTIVE GAMES), while playing 90 minutes with three shots in goal in 2-0 win at George Washington on Sept. 27…Picked up third assist of the season, while playing 68 minutes, in 3-0 win vs. Davidson on Sept. 30… Selected Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week (1G, 2A) on Oct. 1 after setting the program record for goals in consecutive games, scoring for the eighth straight contest at George Washington on Sept. 27…Scored ninth goal of the season, while leading all players with a season-high seven shots and season-high four shots on goal vs. Saint Joseph’s on Oct. 4…Scored her 10th goal of the season (GAME WINNER) in the 47th minute, while playing 78 minutes with two shots on goal in Mason’s 1-0 win at UMass on Oct. 7… Earned Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors (2G) for the fourth time after scoring a goal in each of Mason’s matches during the week…Scored Mason’s first goal of the game in the 18th minute (GAME WINNER) in 3-0 win vs. Duquesne on Oct. 12…Scored her 12th goal of the season in the ninth minute (GAME WINNER/PENALTY KICK) and led all players with three shots on goal in 69 minutes in 2-0 victory at Richmond on Oct. 14…Had an assist to extend her program-record point streak to 14 games, while playing 90 minutes with four shots, in Mason’s 1-0 victory at La Salle on Oct. 18…Scored 13th goal of the season in the 12th minute in 5-1 win vs. Rhode Island on Oct. 21, extending her program-record point streak to 15 games…Named A-10 Rookie of the Week for the fifth time (1G, 1A)…Scored 14th goal of the season in the 105th minute (GAME WINNER) in 2-1 double-overtime win vs. UMass in A-10 Championship quarterfinals to extend program-record point streak to 16 games on Oct. 27…Recorded one shot in 90 minutes in A-10 Championship semifinal vs. Saint Louis on Nov. 2 (Billikens 3-1).
 
PREP:  Earned 24 caps for the Dutch National youth teams at the U15, U16 and U17 levels…Was the Kurstadt Cup captain in games in both 2015 and 2016.
 
PERSONAL:  Daughter of Claudia and Frank…Has two siblings, Sofie and Anne…Hobbies include watching movies and playing other sports...Plans to major in Kinesiology.
