Connor Whitworth joined the George Mason women's basketball staff in the 2021-2022 season and was promoted to Head Manager at the start of the 2024-2025 season.
Whitworth is a junior sports management major with a concentration in coaching at George Mason. In season, he assists with the team's analytics and statistics. His primary duties include in-game analytics, cutting and coding practice film, and opposing team scouting reports.
While at Mason, Whitworth has worked basketball camps for several schools (including George Mason's men's team) and helped the Atlantic 10 with the 2022 Men's Basketball Tournament.
Born in Busan, South Korea, Whitworth was raised in Suffolk, Va. by his parents, Beth and Ryan, with his siblings, Kiley, Quinn, and Ethan. He is planning to become a scout or a coach, inspired by his grandfather, Jim Snodgrass (retired Cox High School soccer coach) and uncle, Rob Donnenwirth (current assistant for JMU women's soccer).
