Justin Fegley joined the George Mason University Athletic Training staff in August of 2015. Fegley currently serves as the primary athletic trainer for the women's basketball and women's tennis programs. He was previously the staff athletic trainer for women's soccer and wrestling along with various other programs over the four-year span.

Fegley also serves as a preceptor to students in the CAATE accredited athletic training program at George Mason University.

Prior to coming to George Mason, he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at Chapel Hill, his primary sport assignments were men’s lacrosse and women’s volleyball, while also providing athletic training services in the campus health physical therapy clinic and during intramural and club sport events/practices. He also served as a teaching assistant in the Exercise and Sport Science Department at UNC and was a preceptor to athletic training students in the CAATE accredited program.

Fegley is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Athletic Trainers’ Osteoarthritis Consortium, and College Athletic Trainers’ Society and has presented at the NATA Convention. He is a Virginia Licensed and BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and has completed the GrastonTechnique ® M1– Basic Training.

He is originally from Pine Grove, Pa. and currently resides in Centreville, Va.
