Biography

2019: Saw action in six sets across four matches...Best performance of the season at Harvard (April 13) with a season-high 10 kills on a .450 clip…Tied his career-high three aces vs. the Crimson while adding seven digs and two blocks in the sweep…Came in to serve against UC Irvine (Jan. 12) and Penn State (April 18)…Added two kills and a block at Saint Francis (April 5).

2018: Made his first appearance for Mason vs. Limestone College (Jan. 5) and recorded a service ace... Recorded first career kill vs SFU (Feb. 24)... Had his best DI/II match vs. Harvard (April 14) where he notched 15 kills and three service aces, also added seven digs... Saw action in the EIVA semi-finals as an opposite, hitting .300 with five kills and registered his first career block...

Prior to Mason: Played two seasons at Long Beach City College...Helped lead the Vikings to the 2016 CCCAA State Championship and the 2017 Final Four...Two-time all-conference pick at LBCC...Hit .293 and averaged 2.85 kills and 3.2 points per set as a redshirt sophomore in 2017.

Prep: Four-year letter winner at Northport High School...Senior captain...2014 Volleyball Magazine honorable mention All-America...Volleyball Mag Fab 50 recruit...USAV HP A2 Team...Two-time all-county selection and member of the 2012 all-county tournament team.

Personal: Son of Bob and Jayne O'Gorman...Has a sister, Sydney...Born December 7, 1996...Intends to major in physical education.
