2020: Competed in 12 matches with six starts (34 sets played)…Tallied 24 digs and a receiving percentage of .940 on the year… Earned six digs and a reception versus Harvard on Feb. 15… Recorded six digs, two assists and two receptions in a victory versus NJIT on Feb. 21… Earned a career high seven digs  versus Princeton on Feb. 22… Tallied career bests in sets played (5) and receptions (3) in a win versus Charleston (W.V.) on March 7.

2019: Appeared in nine sets across five matches…Played in three sets in both matches against Sacred Heart…Tallied a dig vs. Sacred Heart (March 1) and Penn State (Feb. 22).

2018: Saw action in five sets... recorded one kill at Charleston (March 24) and one assist vs. Harvard (April 14)...

2017: Did not appear for the Patriots in his freshman season…

Prep: Allen brings to Mason four years of varsity volleyball experience at Ward Melville High School, captaining the Patriots during his junior and senior seasons. His success on the court has earned the outside hitter numerous accolades, including consecutive reception of the Coaches' Award and Ward Melville High School MVP honor. As a sophomore and junior, Allen was named to the 2014 and 2015 All-Suffolk County Team and All-Suffolk County Tournament Team. In his farewell season, he featured on Long Island Newsday's 2015 All-Long Island Team.

Personal: Son of Jim and Andrea Allen and brother to a younger sister. In his spare time, Chris likes to stay active in student government and participates in Contractor For Kids, a local charity in his native Long Island.
