PREP: Four-year starter at Forest Park High School... Named to the Virginia all-state first team in 2015 and 2016... Tabbed the District Player of the Year... Named VHSL South 6A Conference Player of the Year in 2015 and 2016... Named 2015 and 2016 Team MVP... Co-captain in 2016... Received regional first-team honors and All-Met first-team accolades from the Washington Post in 2015... Named to regional first team in 2016... Also named to All-Met second team by Washington Post in 2015... Helped Forest Park reach 2013 state quarterfinals... Accumulated 45 goals and 20 assists in high school career... Spent 10 years with the Southwestern Youth Association Strikers travel soccer team... Has also trained with the West Ham Academy out of England.

PERSONAL: Lewis Lincoln Long IV... Born on April 29, 1998 to Lewis Lincoln Long III and Michele Long... His father, Lewis III, played soccer at George Mason from 1992-93... Has two siblings: Corey (15) and Amare (7)... Plans to major in computer game design.
