Carla Richardson is in her third year as athletic trainer for the women's basketball team.

Carla joined the staff in 2008 as an assistant athletic trainer after working as a graduate assistant at the College of William & Mary while working on a master's degree from Old Dominion University. Along with women's basketball, Richardson works with the softball, dance, and club football teams at Mason.

She is originally from Gretna, Virginia and currently resides in Stafford, Virginia with her husband Tony. She enjoys relaxing, being outdoors, and playing with her dog, Brutus.
