2010-11: All-CAA First Team ... USBWA and NABC All-District ... VaSID All-State Second Team ... Started every game and led the team averaging 33 minutes per game ... Was the top scorer at 15.1 points per game and led the Patriots in steals (46) ... Also contributed 4.7 rebounds per game, 97 assists and eight blocks ... Scored in double figures 30 times during the season, including a stretch of 19 straight games and eight contests with 20 or more points ... After struggling early in the season, came on strong against Indiana in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off, with 18 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals in 30 minutes, including the game-winning 3-pointer... Tied then-career high with 24 points at Tulane... Had 22 points vs. Creighton... Had season-high six rebounds against VMI but topped that against ODU with eight boards... Matched then-career high at James Madison with 24 points on 6 of 9 shooting and 10 of 12 from the free throw line... Set a new career high with 27 points at Hofstra along with a career-high seven assists... Was 9 of 11 shooting from the field, also a career high... Had career high five 3-pointers while scoring 21 points at Towson... Had 18 points against Delaware and 23 against James Madison.... Had multiple career highs against South Carolina... Played 26 minutes with 13 points, four rebounds and five assists against South Carolina along with three steals, one block and five field goals... Also had two 3-pointers in the contest... Against Villanova, had a then-career-high seven points... As a junior, averaged 18 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three steals... Earned a spot on the AB Honor Roll.

Personal: Full name is Cameron Scott Long...  Mother is Myrtle Long... Has two brothers, Rendell, 35, and Torrey, 28... Rendell played football at Florida State from 1992-1993... A 2007 graduate of Freedom High School in Woodbridge, Va.... Graduated with a 3.0 grade-point average... Also recruited by Virginia Tech, George Washington, Virginia, Wake Forest, Old Dominion, Richmond and VCU... Major is Tourism and Event Management.
