FAIRFAX, Va. – Senior midfielder James Eliuda, senior forward Kelly Janssen and junior forward Martim Sereno have been selected to the Atlantic 10 Preseason All-Conference Team, the league announced on Monday.

Eliuda, from Juba, South Sudan, was selected Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team Midfielder last season.  He started all 15 games played during the 2025 campaign and was third on the club in minutes played by a field player last season.  Eliuda was second on the team in game-winning goals (2), tied for second in assists (4), third in both shots (23) and shots on frame (7), and fourth in both goals (3) and points (10).  Against A10 opponents last year, he score two goals and added one assist.

Janssen, a native of Sebastopol, Calif., was selected Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team Forward last season.  He played in 16 matches with five starts and ranked second on the club in shots on goal (9), third in both goals (5) and points (11) and tied for fourth in shots (20).  Janssen netted two goals in a match twice (vs. Georgetown Sept. 23, at St. Bonaventure Oct. 11).  Against A10 opponents last season, he scored three goals on four shots on frame.

Sereno, a native of Mira de Aire, Portugal, was selected Atlantic 10 First Team All-Conference Midfielder at the conclusion of the 2025 season.  He was one of three players to start all 16 games and logged 1,220 minutes last season.  Sereno led the club in points (17), tied for first in both assists (5) and shots on goal (14), and was second in both goals (6) and shots (31) and seventh in minutes played by a field player (1,220).  Against A10 opponents last season, he started all eight games during the regular season (664 MIN), scored one goal and added four assists, and took 15 shots with seven shots on goal.
