FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The George Mason men's tennis team continues its spring campaign with a road matchup against Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va.

The Patriots look to continue their winning form against Mary Washington on Saturday, February 7 at 11 a.m. in Fredericksburg, Va. 
 
George Mason leads the series against the Eagles 11-5, including a 6-1 win in their last meeting in February of 2025. In that match, senior Monil Lotlikar and graduate student Niza Simunyola secured a 6-3 doubles win. Senior Zavan Fahim posted a decisive 6-3, 6-0 singles victory, while sophomore Shari Saeed added a strong 6-4, 6-2 win.
 
The Green and Gold are coming off a two-game winning streak, where the team finished last weekend with a decisive 7-0 victory against Hofstra and a tightly contested 4-3 victory against Navy. Last weekend, Lotlikar went unbeaten at No. 2 singles (2-0) and went 1-1 at No. 1 doubles. Freshman Edgar Vilain impressed with a 2-0 singles record at No.5 and a 1-1 doubles mark at No.2, efforts that earned him Atlantic-10 Rookie of the Week.
