FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University men's basketball program will play a record 10 of its 18 Atlantic 10 games on national television in 2025-26, the league office announced Thursday.

Those 10 games will be spread across the ESPN Family of Networks, CBS Sports Network and USA Network.

The Patriots' marquee home schedule includes a January rematch of the 2025 A-10 title game with VCU and contests against preseason contenders Dayton, Saint Louis and George Washington, among others.

George Mason opens A-10 play with a New Year's Eve contest at La Salle on December 31 in Philly.

The Patriots will then suit up for their first A-10 home game on Saturday, January 3 with a contest against Rhode Island. That game will be broadcast on USA Network.

After a January 7 road game at Fordham, George Mason hosts VCU on Saturday, January 10. The A-10 title game rematch against the Rams will be televised on the ESPN Family of Networks (ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU).

The Patriots then play two consecutive games on CBS Sports Network. First up is a road contest at Loyola Chicago inside Gentile Arena on January 13.

Then, the Patriots return home to battle George Washington as part of a CBSSN slate of games on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (January 19).

George Mason plays the return game of its series with the Rams on January 24 in Kingston, before hosting Davidson on Wednesday, January 28, in a game broadcast on CBSSN.

The Patriots are right back on national television on Saturday, January 31, when George Mason travels to St. Bonaventure (USA).

The Green & Gold host back-to-back home games against Duquesne (February 4) and Saint Joseph's (February 7) to kick off the next month, followed by a road contest at Richmond on February 10 inside the Robins Center.

The Patriots then reignite their DMV rivalry with George Washington on Friday, February 13, with their second game against the Revolutionaries. That game in Foggy Bottom will be broadcast nationally on CBSSN.

The Green & Gold will look to make it five straight wins against Dayton when the Patriots host the Flyers on Wednesday, February 18, in a marquee conference matchup on CBSSN.

Next up, George Mason plays its second game against Saint Joseph's on February 24 in Philly, before hosting St. Bonaventure for a return game with the Bonnies on February 28 in Fairfax.

The Patriots wrap up the conference slate with two games in March. The return game with VCU is set for March 3 in Richmond (CBSSN), and the regular season finale will pit the Patriots against Saint Louis on March 7 in a home game on USA Network.

The 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship is set for March 11-15 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pa.

ABOUT THE PATRIOTS
Led by 2025 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year Tony Skinn ('06), the George Mason Patriots are coming off the best season in the program's A-10 history. The Patriots earned a share of their first-ever A-10 regular season title, tallied the program's first NIT victory since 2004 and notched a school record-tying 27 overall victories. GMU also set a new school record for Atlantic 10 league victories (15) and reached the conference title game for the first time since 2009.

Senior guard Brayden O'Connor (9.1 ppg, 3.0 apg, 37.6 3pt FG%) returns from that squad and will join a talented roster of transfer players and incoming freshmen in 2025-26. The Patriots' transfer class ranks in the top-20 nationally amongst mid-majors (EvanMiya.com) and No. 1 in the Atlantic 10 (The Portal Report).
