FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason women's basketball program has announced its 2025-26 non-conference schedule, including six home games and three power conference matchups against Ole Miss, Maryland, and Georgetown.
The Patriots will kick off their season on the road on Monday, Nov. 3 at Temple University. Then, the Green & Gold will head to Harrisonburg, Va. on Thursday, Nov. 6 to take on James Madison University for the first time since 2021.
The 2025-26 home opener will be on Monday, Nov. 10 against Florida A&M. The Patriots will then stay home to play regional-rival Georgetown on Friday, Nov. 14 and Florida Gulf Coast on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
The Patriots will then take a trip up to College Park, Md. to play the Big Ten's Maryland Terps on Sunday, Nov. 23. They'll then play Rider back home at EagleBank Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
George Mason will be heading to Daytona Beach, Florida for the Daytona Beach Classic this season. They'll play Murray State on Friday, Nov. 28 and the SEC's Ole Miss on Saturday, Nov. 29. This trip to Daytona Beach will be a homecoming of sorts for the coaching staff as they spent several years at Bethune-Cookman University, just a 10-minute drive from the Ocean Center where the tournament will be played.
Rounding out the non-conference schedule, the Patriots will host two 2025 NCAA tournament teams: Liberty University on Sunday, Dec. 7 and Princeton University on Saturday, Dec. 20.
