PHILADELPHIA, Pa. -- The George Mason Patriots (0-3-1, 0-0) will hit the road to face off against the University of Pennsylvania (1-0-1, 0-0) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This match will conclude the two-game road stretch for the Patriots as they hope to secure their first win of the season.

Libby Davy is coming off a season-high seven saves against Villanova, and is looking to filling the stat sheet once again in Philadelphia. The Green and Gold are looking forward to another opportunity to honing in their cohesive play style on Sunday.
SCOUTING THE QUAKERS
UPenn are led on the pitch by junior midfielder Abbey Cook, junior Mallory Lucas, forward Mia Fuss, freshman Lauren Stevens, and midfielder Leigha Matter, who each have a goal and two points coming heading into Sunday's match. Across the rest of the squad, the Quakers have attempted 24 shots, with eleven of them being on target. On the defensive end, they are backed by keeper Annabel Austin. In two games, she has recorded seven saves and conceded no goals.
HISTORY AGAINST UPENN
The Patriots and the Quakers are tied at a 5-5 record against each other. George Mason's last win against UPenn came in 2017, when the beat Pennsylvania 2-0 on September 17. GMU is looking to go above .500 versus the University of Pennstlvania on Sunday.

PATRIOTS SCHEDULE
The George Mason University women's soccer team's 2025 schedule features a competitive slate of matchups highlighted by regional rivalries, Atlantic 10 battles, and a strong mix of home and away contests. The Patriots will play 18 regular season matches, including 10 at home at George Mason Stadium.
George Mason began the campaign with a 1-1 draw on the road at William & Mary on Thursday, August 14.
The Patriots will wrap up August with a four-game stretch that includes home matches against Delaware (Aug. 21) and James Madison (Aug. 24), followed by road games at Villanova (Aug. 28) and Penn (Aug. 31).
September opens with a return home to take on Elon on Sunday, September 7. The Green & Gold will then round out non-conference play with a trip to Loyola Maryland (Sept. 11) and a home game vs. American (Sept. 14).
A-10 play ramps up shortly after with a matchup at home against George Washington on Saturday, September 20, before hitting the road for contests at Richmond (Sept. 25) and La Salle (Sept. 28).
October brings the heart of conference play, starting with a home clash against St. Bonaventure on Thursday, October 2. After a visit to Duquesne on October 5, the Patriots will then host VCU on October 11.
The Green & Gold will close out the regular season with four more A-10 matchups, hosting Davidson (Oct. 16), traveling to Fordham (Oct.19) and Dayton (Oct. 23), and finishing at home against Saint Joseph's on Sunday, October 26.
