FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University women's soccer team has announced its 2025 fall schedule, featuring a competitive slate of matchups highlighted by regional rivalries, Atlantic 10 battles, and a strong mix of home and away contests. The Patriots will play 18 regular season matches, including 10 at home at George Mason Stadium.
The season kicks off on Saturday, August 9, as the Patriots host Howard under the lights. George Mason will then hit the road for its first away contest at William & Mary on Thursday, August 14.
The Patriots will wrap up August with a four-game stretch that includes home matches against Delaware (Aug. 21) and James Madison (Aug. 24), followed by road games at Villanova (Aug. 28) and Penn (Aug. 31).
September opens with a return home to take on Elon on Sunday, September 7. The Green & Gold will then round out non-conference play with a trip to Loyola Maryland (Sept. 11) and a home game vs. American (Sept. 14).
A-10 play ramps up shortly after with a matchup at home against George Washington on Saturday, September 20, before hitting the road for contests at Richmond (Sept. 25) and La Salle (Sept. 28).
October brings the heart of conference play, starting with a home clash against St. Bonaventure on Thursday, October 2. After a visit to Duquesne on October 5, the Patriots will then host VCU on October 11.
The Green & Gold will close out the regular season with four more A-10 matchups, hosting Davidson (Oct. 16), traveling to Fordham (Oct.19) and Dayton (Oct. 23), and finishing at home against Saint Joseph's on Sunday, October 26.
With a mix of challenging non-conference opponents and a rigorous A-10 schedule, the Patriots are poised for a thrilling fall campaign as they aim to make a strong postseason push.
