FAIRFAX, Va. – The fifth-seeded George Mason men's soccer team will be on the road to face fourth-seeded Davidson in the Atlantic 10 Championship quarterfinals on Saturday with the opening kick scheduled for 7 p.m. at Alumni Soccer Stadium in Davidson, N.C.

George Mason (7-5-3, 4-2-2 A-10) and Davidson (8-6-3, 4-2-2 A-10) will meet for the 14th time. The all-time series is tied, 5-5-3. The Wildcats earned the fourth seed based on A-10 tiebreaker procedure.

No. 4 Davidson finished the regular season with a 8-6-3 overall record, including a mark of 4-2-2 in Atlantic 10 play. The Wildcats went 6-1-2 at home and 2-5-1 on the road this season.

Rich Costanzo begins his fourth season. He guided the Patriots to a 13-4-1 overall record last season and a 6-1-1 mark in conference play to claim the first-ever Atlantic 10 Regular Season title in program history. George Mason recorded six A-10 wins in the regular season for the first time since joining the league in 2013.
