FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's soccer team is seeded fifth and will face fourth-seeded Davidson in the Atlantic 10 Soccer Championship quarterfinal round on Saturday, Nov. 8 with the opening kick scheduled for 7 p.m. in Davidson, N.C.
Davidson was seeded fourth and George Mason fifth based on tiebreakers.
The winners of the four quarterfinal round matches will be re-seeded and advance to the semifinals that will be played at the two highest seeded teams campus sites on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

The Atlantic-10 Championship final is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 16 and the winner receives the leagues automatic bit to the NCAA Tournament.
The Patriots (7-5-3, 4-2-2 A-10, 14 Points) and Wildcats (8-6-3, 4-2-2 A-10, 14 Points) played to a 1-1 draw on September 12 at George Mason Stadium. Graduate student forwardÂ

Jaume Salvado made four saves, including a stop on a penalty kick in the second half, in the Atlantic 10 opener for the Patriots.Â
The Patriots outshot the Wildcats, 19-13, including a 7-5 advantage in shots on goal. George Mason had eight corner kicks and Davidson had five corner kicks in the match.
