Jaime Godinho each scored their first goal of the season in the Patriots 2-2 draw with Saint Joseph's on Saturday night at George Mason Stadium.

Saint Joseph's (6-6-3, 3-2-3 Atlantic 10) took the lead over Patriots (6-4-3, 3-2-2 Atlantic 10) off a set piece in the 32nd minute. After a corner kick was cleared just outside the penalty area, Saint Joseph's freshman defender Finn Murray played a perfect pass to junior defender Herman Tveit-Reffsgaard, who redirected the ball for the right side of the six-yard box into the center of the net to put the Hawks in front, 1-0.
The Patriots scored the equalizer in the 34th minute. Graduate student defender
Jordi Navio Sanchez took a shot from outside the penalty area that was blocked in the box. The ball found Brito, who quickly finished into the upper left corner to tie the score, 1-1.
Early in the second half, Godinho took a pass from Brito and raced down the left side and cut toward the net before blistering a shot off the Hawks goalkeeper and into the lower left corner to make it 2-1.
Saint Joseph's was awarded a penalty kick in the 83rd minute but senior midfielder Matteo Mazzotta, the Hawks leading goal scorer with five, shot the ball over the crossbar. He entered the match 3-for-4 on penalty kicks.
In the 88th minute, Mazzotta scored the equalizer from outside the penalty area to record his sixth goal of the season.
