FAIRFAX, Va. – The Patriots are headed to Pittsburgh, Pa. this weekend to face the Duquesne Dukes with games on Friday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m.
The Patriots and Dukes are 11-12, historically. George Mason has won the last three matchups, including both games last season.
Duquesne went 8-3 in non-conference play, and started the A-10 season splitting with VCU, and then dropping a game to Dayton. Sophomore outside hitter Emersen Schrom has been named A-10 Offensive Player of the Week twice, and junior middle blocker Jordan Robertson was named A-10 Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 22.
