Fairfax, Va.- George Mason completed their meet at Penn State with many student-athletes reaching new personal records and entering the George Mason all-time list. Impressive performances all around in the track events and field events.
Alina Florou Dimitriadou started off the meet by going over 3.80m in the pole vault event. Her score would place her 3
rdin the meet and 9
th in the George Mason all-time list.
Geni Roberts was the only Patriot to place 1
st at the Nittany Lion Challenge. Geni finished 1
st in the long jump going a distance of 7.28m and it also currently places him 2
nd in the A10.
Joshua Sutton made his George Mason debut competing in two different events, the high jump and the 60m hurdles. Joshua placed 4
th in the high jump and puts him in 10
th in the all-time list.
Susan Adenitan had an impressive day finishing 3
rd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.52. Her time would put her higher in the all-time list at 6
th and she currently has the fastest time in the whole A10 Conference.
Ellie Desmond continues her great form in the long-distance races placing 4
th in the mile with a time of 4:55.38. She enters the all-time list once again this week, this time for the mile, at spot number ten.
Jalen Johnson returned to the track finishing in 5
th in the 60m dash with a time of 6.81. His time places him 5
th all-time and 1
st in the A10 Conference.
Paul McClain reached the podium in the 600m placing 3
rd (1:19.42) and is 5
th in the all-time list.
Ella Semple continues to impress on the track and finished 7
th in the 3000m run and 6
th all-time for George Mason.
The rookies,
Ay'rianna Moore and
Adam Beaudry, had another exceptional collegiate performance showing that they are the present and future for the Patriots.
Ay'rianna Moore reached the podium placing 3
rd in the 400m with a time of 57.93 and achieving the 5
th fastest time in the A10.
Adam Beaudry continues his form from last week and placed 8
th in the weight throw (16.62) recording a new personal record and moving up to 7
th in the all-time list.

George Mason will be back in action next week traveling to Blacksburg, Virginia for the Hokie Invitational. The meet will be for two days, January 24
th and January 25
th.
