2022-23: Named to NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester … Also named to MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets … Opened the season by winning the high jump at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational (6-5.5) … Also won the high jump at the East Coast Invitational (6-4.75) and placed third in the 60 meter hurdles (8.35) … Took third in the high jump at the MEAC Indoor Championships by clearing a personal-best height of 6-8.75 … Also set a PR in the 60 meter hurdles (8.29) at the conference championship. Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets … Took third in the high jump at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (6-7) and matched personal record in the 110 meter hurdles (14.37) to qualify for final heat … Finished fourth in the 110 meter hurdles (14.55) and seventh in the high jump (6-1.5) at the NSU Invitational.
 
2021-22: Named to NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets … Began the season with a second place finish in high jump (6-7.75) at the Gamecock Opener … Achieved personal best 3,448 points in the heptathlon at the 2022 East Coast Invitational, taking third place … Won the high jump with a leap of six feet, six inches at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational … Competed in high jump and 60 meter hurdles at the MEAC Indoor Championships, finishing second in the high jump (6-6) and notching a personal record at the time in the 60 meter hurdles (8.37) in prelims. Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets … Notched a third-place finish in high jump (6-4) at the Norfolk State Invitational and recorded a personal best in the 400 meter hurdles (56.07) … Earned top-five finishes in high jump at both the Virginia Challenge and Virginia Grand Prix … Finished third in high jump at the MEAC Outdoor Championships and notched personal record in 110 meter hurdles (14.37).

2020-21: Earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Opened the season with a PR at the time in the high jump, clearing 6-8 in a second-place finish at the Gamecock Opener … Finished fifth in the 60 hurdles at the Virginia Beach Invitational in a season-best 8.52 seconds … Also took sixth in the high jump at both meets at Liberty. Outdoor: Runner-up in both the 110 (15.35) and 400 hurdles (56.18) events at the Chanticleer Challenge, setting a pair of PRs at the time … Was MEAC runner-up in the decathlon, tallying 4,476 points … Also finished fourth at the conference meet in the high jump (6-2).

2019-20: Redshirted.

High School: Two-year letterwinner … High jumper and hurdles standout at Wakefield High School in Northern Virginia … Won the state 5A indoor high jump title as a senior and owned a PR of 6-6 … Also qualified for the state 5A outdoor meet in both the 110 and 300-meter hurdles as a senior … Region 5C runner-up in the 110 hurdles.
