FAIRFAX, VA. – The George Mason women's soccer team (2-2-2) travel to play the Old Dominion Monarchs (3-2-0) this Thursday, September 5th, at 6 p.m in Norfolk, VA. This will be the Patriots' seventh game of the season.

LAST TIME OUT
This past Sunday, George Mason stunned The University of Maryland in a 3-2 win. Maryland scored the first two goals, in the 13th minute and the 32nd minute. George Mason responded in the 37th minute to go into halftime down 2-1. The Patriots kept pushing in the second half and Kiyomi McCausland scored early in the 47th minute. Milan Pierre-Jerome scored the game winning goal in the 87th minute assisted by Zoe Vidaurre to give The Patriots the win. That was her first career game-winning goal.

SCOUTING OLD DOMINION
Last time out Old Dominion lost to Louisiana State University 2-1. They had seven shots total on offense and six saves on defense. Gry Thrysoe led all shot takers  with four shots, Rhea Kijowski scored the only goal of the game for The Monarchs, and Katie Lutz had one assist.
