FAIRFAX, VA- The George Mason women's soccer team (2-4-2) battled tonight but dropped an evening match to the Liberty Flames (8-0-1), 6-0, inside the George Mason Soccer Stadium.
The Flames came out and scored two goals within the first ten minutes of the match showing off their offensive abilities. The Flames continued to push and scored two more goals before halftime. Liberty's Gabby Miranda scored the third goal and Ivy Garner scored the fourth assisted by Avery Paulson.
There were two more goals scored by Liberty to finish out the second half. In the 78th minute Isabella Wedemyer scored assisted by Haley Noblit and in the 84th minute Haley Noblit scored assisted by Isabella Wedemyer. The Flames had a 7-0 advantage on corner kicks.

Victoria Coninck made her season debut tonight playing 72 minutes and contributing five saves tonight within the Patriots seven total saves. Junior midfielder
Sydney Dacus also made her season debut playing 17 minutes.
