FAIRFAX, VA. – The George Mason women's soccer team (2-3-2) play the No. 24 Liberty Lady Flames (7-0-1) Thursday, September 12th, at 7 p.m. at George Mason Stadium. This will be the Patriots fourth home game of the season.

LAST TIME OUT
Last game the Patriots fell to the Old Dominion Monarchs 1-0. The Monarchs came out in the first half with tons of energy having 12 shots compared to the Patriots one. Old Dominion's Katie Lutz scored the first and only goal of the game in the 26th minute with a header on a crossing pass by Yulia Khrystiuk. The Monarchs had a 10-0 advantage on corner kicks and goalkeeper
Selamawit Caldart had eight saves, including five in the opening frame.
SCOUTING LIBERTY
The Liberty Lady Flames are coming off a (1-0-1) week with a road win over No. 21 Virginia Tech and a draw at West Virginia. Forward Halle Engle (offensive) and defender Lauren Littleton (defensive) were names the Conference USA Players of the Week Tuesday. Engle leads Liberty and Conference USA with six goals and 13 points. Liberty is outscoring its opponents 18-6 this season. Goalkeeper Grace Workman leads Conference USA in save percentage (.909) and goals-against average (0.25) this season.
