FAIRFAX, VA- George Mason earned their first win of the season in a thrilling game giving Head Coach
Aaron Brunner his first career victory.
There were two goals scored in the first half. The first one was by Northern Colorado's Ava Marshall in the 6th minute. George Mason responded in the 26th minute with a goal by
Michi Hooks assisted by
Mia Casciani. The Patriots advance to (1-2-2).
In the second half there was an exciting header goal by Zoe Vidaurre assisted by
Mia Casciani for the Patriots to take the lead.
Selamawit, Caldart made three saves to help secure a Patriots win and
Mia Casciani ended with two assists
