FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason men's soccer team defeated Navy, 2-0, in the season opener on Thursday night at Glenn Warner Soccer Facility in Annapolis, Md.

George Mason (1-0-0) took the lead over the Midshipmen (0-1-0) in the 22nd minute of play.

Henry Wachsman scored the eventual game-winning goal with a header into the upper right corner from six yard out. Graduate student defender
