FAIRFAX, Va. – George Mason leaves Campbell with a 3-3 draw after a hard-fought battle in the second half. The Fighting Camels and the Patriots have the same record after two games played (0-1-1). 
 
The first half was a stalemate until the 40^th minute when Campbell took a 1-0 lead with a goal by Tyler Baughan. 
 
Once the second half started, Campbell extended their lead seven minutes in to make it a 2-0 game. George Mason's Josie Stockett was given the start today and she scored the first goal of the season in the 58^th minute to cut Campbell's lead in half. KK O'Donnell continues her scoring form and scored the tying goal in the 66^th minute, pushing the Patriots to look for the winning goal. It eventually came with an own goal to give George Mason the 3-2 lead but the Fighting Camels scored the tying goal in the final 30 seconds of the game to cut the celebrations short.

George Mason will travel to Washington DC on Thursday, August 22^nd to face Howard University at 7 pm.
