Patriots junior pinch-hitter Reece Woody broke up a no-hitter with a leadoff single on the first pitch in the top of the ninth.  The Patriots scored both of their runs on three hits in the final frame.

Saint Joseph's sophomore starter Ryan DeSanto took a no-hitter into the ninth as the Hawks completed a three-game sweep over the Patriots.

With one out, Hawks senior catcher Justin Igoe doubled and freshman second baseman Tim Dickinson singled to put runners on the corners.  Senior right fielder Ryan Picollo then hit a three-run home run to left field to put the Hawks in front, 3-0.

Saint Joseph's added a run in the home half of the third.  Junior left fielder Ryan Cesarini singled and went to third on a two-base error to start the inning.  Hawks sophomore shortstop Ryan Weingartner plated a run with a groundout to make it 4-0.
