Game Recap: Women's Basketball |
FAIRFAX, Va. – An all-around dominant performance from the Patriots ended Tuesday night's game against the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers 87-51.

The Patriots jumped out to a 17-3 start and never looked back. Leading by as much as 41 points, the Green & Gold received good minutes across the board, but junior Jada Brown was the story of the night.

With Kennedy Harris out with a minor injury, Brown filled the starting spot and the leading scorer role. With a career-high 15 points, including a career-high three made three-pointers, Brown was firing on all cylinders in this win.

But it wasn't just Brown that contributed to this win, career-highs were a theme on the team tonight. Junior Page Greenburg added a career-high of her own with 13 points, including three made three-pointers at a .750 clip.

Sophomore Louis Volker had her best game of the season, tying a career-high 12 points at a .500 clip, and adding 5 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 assists.

Captains Nalani Kaysia and Paula Suarez both added 12 points to the bucket. Kaysia also finished with eight rebounds and scored the first three-pointer of her career tonight.
