FAIRFAX, Va. – Women's Volleyball's
Autumn Martinez-Robinson has been named the
Atlantic 10 Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week.
The Lutz, Fla. native averaged 4.56 digs per set over two games at Davidson this past weekend. She totaled 41 digs, 28 of those in Saturday's matchup, which is the second most digs in a single game in the A-10 this season.
Martinez-Robinson has had double-digits digs in 15 of the Patriots 16 matches this season, including the last 14 consecutive matches.
The sophomore libero leads the team in total digs (241) and total service aces (33). She has played in all 66 sets the Patriots have played in this season.
Martinez-Robinson is the third Patriot to ever win A-10 Defensive Player of the Week, and the first to win an A-10 weekly award since the 2020-21 season.
